I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the charm. It is well-designed with detailed lines in the waves and the little hole at the top looks sturdy. But the chain it comes on is VERY cheap material with a faulty clasp. For the price I paid I would expect a better chain. Now I have to go and spend additional money on this reasonably priced item. For more money I could have just ordered a different necklace, hence 3/5 stars.*UPDATE*The seller was quick to contact me and remedy the situation. They sent me a replacement chain right away and was in constant communication with me. I changed my rating because quality customer service is SO important and the new product was just right! Will buy from this seller again.

Bought as a present for my niece. She loves it. The pendant is of good quality and looks great. The chain is very delicate and she will be using something more sturdy to wear everyday.
