Good water Jug. I like it. Now drinking safe water without worry. The price is a bit higher comparing other similar products in the market. The filter refills are also costly. Overall, I am satisfied, just they need to lower the price for filters and the product.

It takes far too long for the water to filter through and it has to be done several times to fill up the jug; almost impossible to do in a day! Having said that, the water tastes good and feels smooth.

A bit fiddily to set up but not too difficult. I needed to use a screwdriver to release bottom part to fit carbon filter. My 7 cup glass water pitcher is quite heavy and I need two hands to lift it when pouring water into a glass. Takes a very long time to fill with water from tap. But I guess that is a sign that the micro filter is doing its job. Filtered water tastes great, so probably worth the effort.

I love this water pitcher. It looks nice and stylish. Holds a good amount of water. Love the fact that it is glass so you don’t need to worry about those pesky microplastics leaching into your water. The taste is good the water keeps cool inside as well. The pitcher does take a while to fill but that hasn’t been a very big deal. I was considering going the 10 cup pitcher but I’m happy I stuck with this one, it is a little heavy when all the way full and I think the 10 cup would be quite a bit heavier. All in all love this pitcher.

The membrane filter was defective, probably due to improper storage by the seller. The water should be filtered at a steady stream, not at a rate of 1 drop every 1-2 seconds.
