アイシングクリームがジェル状タイプだとたくさん入れないと黒色がなかなかでないですが、こちらだと数的入れるとしっかり色が出るので使いやすいです。

黒の色素は、分離する事が多いのですがこちらはきれいに着色できます。 少量でよく色付きます。 チョコレートにも着色してみましたが少量のチョコなら分離しませんでした。
