This product, which I need for my holiday baking, is hard to find in Japan, where I live. So I was glad to find it on Amazon, though it's awfully pricey. Still, I need it for the holidays, so I buy it....

I love how when I bake pies and cobblers how it caramelizes like candy on top!!! Great product!!! I'll buy it again and again!!!
