I really like this net
I really like this net, but was disappointed that it doesn't pick up the smaller dirt at the bottom of my pool. I mean, it does but you have to really work at it. I finally had to retire the one I got when my pool was built because it was getting holes in it, but at least It had no problem picking up the smaller gunk without having to stir it off the bottom first. I know that's what other pool cleaners are for but mine has been broken so I've had to manually do it with a net until I can afford to get mine fixed. Otherwise, it picks up floating debris fine and it holds a lot before you have to empty it out.

Best Pool Rake Ever!!!
When we bought our new house, it came with an in-ground self-cleaning heated pool. I'd always had an above-ground pool, no trees, no leaves, always stayed clear and beautiful. All I had to do was run the Kreepy-Krawly to get the bugs off the bottom, drop some chlorine tabs in the floater, and backwash the sand filter. Needless to say, our new pool with its two pumps, heater, self-cleaning floor system, and leaves galore were a bit intimidating. I hired a pool service to come tell me how to set the valves and run the pumps and give me a low-down on how everything worked. The previous owner had been paying $125 a month for pool service. I figured keeping up my above-ground pool had always been a snap! This couldn't be THAT hard to do. I'd pay for a one-time visit and take good notes. The exception to the rule was the leaves. I mean leaves from everywhere! Our yard only has a few oaks in the front and no trees whatsoever in the back. The backyard is completely privacy fenced. However, the neighbors backyards look like old growth forests. Thus, with fall, in came a barrage of leaves. They were filling the skimmers, clogging up the bottom drain of the auto-clean and making me KRA-ZAY!!!! The previous owner had left a leaf rake and I tried to use it. I didn't even have one with my previous pool - I'd never had to deal with leaves. That piece of junk was worthless!!!! I began to think I was going to have to hire a pool service to come bi-weekly just to get the darn leaves out for me. So, that's what I did. $65 for one month, bi-weekly service. Luckily, I happened to be home when the pool guy came for one of his visits and watched him get the leaves out of my pool. He made it look too easy. When I asked him how he was able to do it after the problems I'd had with that old hunk a junk leaf rake, he said, "Your problem is your leaf rake. You need one like this." So instead of shelling out $60 at the pool store, I found it on Amazon. Needless to say, I no longer pay for pool service. I can get all the leaves out of my pool by myself and in just a few swipes with this baby! While I plan to put a leaf net on our pool next fall, for now, I'm happy to have found this wonderful solution! Save yourself some time and money paying other people to use a similar tool to clean your pool and just buy this bad boy, already! In one month, it's paid for itself!

Not worth it
Looks good at first but doesn't last too long. Their lifetime warranty was just a scam. I've tried to contact seller several times over the past year, no response.

60 Yr old Japanese female loves this product
The winds have been blowing hard. Leaves, twigs and pollen are landing everywhere and I went and tore a hole in our other net a couple days ago. The bottom of the pool was a mess. My pool rake just arrived. The photos do not do this product justice. Look closely at the leading edge. It is only about 1/8" wide. It is angled so it lays flat on the bottom of the pool like the front of a dust bin. It does a marvelous job of scooping up detritus from the bottom of our pool. Best I've ever used in my 48 years of cleaning the pool. The tapered edge design lets it glide effortlessly across the surface of the water so your arms don't get fatigued. The net is ingeniously designed. Looking at it from the front the bottom of the net is sewed in the shape of an oval. The leaves collect in the bottom of the net and don't float out even when I go back down to scoop another pass. The bottom exterior net shields the inner net from wear when it is dragged on the pool plaster. The netting itself is made from a heavy gauge material with a rectangular grid rather than a square grid. Functionally this pattern allows for ease of water flow while the grid is still small enough to sift small particles. I love, love, love my new pool net. (Who knew it was called a rake?")

Great net, not sure about warranty...
Bought the net in October 2016, so almost 3 years old. It is a good net but net is getting holes in it now. Wrote the vendor twice about warranty replacement and have never heard back. Good net but a little pricey without the warranty being held up.

Very Good Rake But NOT Perfect
This pool leaf rake is better than the ones you buy at the box pool stores but it does have a major flaw. The lip of the rake should be more hydro active (make a turbulence via the lip) so that the debris in front of the rake is gently disturbed so that the rake can capture the debris more easily. A larger more water dynamic lip would solve this problem. With that said I would buy it again as the large bag is perfect for raking a lot if leaves off the bottom.

Best quality leaf rake for the money
The best quality leaf rake I've ever owned. The proof will come with time to see whether it lasts, but it's very well constructed heavy duty metal with plastic and the net is far superior to any I've seen. The company's very consumer friendly as they immediately reached out via email to learn what I think about their product. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star to to see how it holds up and see if their replacement warranty is as stated. For right now in the 4 weeks that I've owned it, it's a 5 star.

For a pool guy like me this isn't the best net to use but ...
Got a hole in less than 2 weeks. They sent me a new one which I hope lasts longer. The net is not as strong or durable as I thought it would be from the "heavy duty" in the description. I've had others that lasted way longer but cost a little more. For a pool guy like me this isn't the best net to use but for a pool owner I'm sure it'll last longer than it did for me.
