Used to earth CB Antenna.
I was getting 6 bars of QRM interference, but now down to only 3 bars. It went in easy, all the way down leaving about an inch to attach the wire with a tight jubilee ring.

arrived went in fine being 5/8 used screw fix £1,45 5/8 hammer bolt
arrived 5/8 thread good as screw fix bolt for hammering in the pole fitted. joiner also screw fix looked on amazon must have missed them.

Good value for money.
Steel rod with copper bonded exterior: good quality, I had no problems driving it through soil/hardcore leaving 8" showing using only a heavy hammer. Doesn't have an attachment point so you will need to buy one separately, however I think this rod offers good value for money at less than £15.

Bought to earth my Radio Shack
Really good rod. Hammered in to the ground without any issues.I only have about 8" of soil then its hardcore. This rod drove through without a problem.

Does the job
Does not come with any method of fixing the earth. Easily fixed with a clamp or by using a Jump lead.I have drilled and tapped the shaft to provide a screw fitting and that seems to work fine.
