I use these as a single transmitter to two subwoofers from my home cinema and they work great as all my wires are hidden and they are at the opposite side of my room

I bought this along with some more expensive hubs which has many more ports. This is the winner for me. Great value for money and it fits what it says and functions as expected.This was the only one that delivered powered at sufficient rate, all others my laptop said charging rates were slow and to use a proper charger.Very easy to use - plug and play. Gets warm during use but this is expected. Looks nice and compact and connects 2 screens , power deliver and a usb

My laptop's built in HDMI port suddenly stopped working which was a real issue because I frequently connect it to my big screen TV for gaming. I saw this USB-C to Dual HDMI adapter and hoped it would work as a solution to get my gaming setup back. It did, it worked!The adapter plugs directly into one of the USB-C ports on my laptop. From there, I connected an HDMI cable from the adapter to my TV, and the display appeared immediately. I've only used it for the single connection to my TV so far, even though it supports dual monitors but for my gaming needs on the big screen, it works perfectly.If you find yourself with a dead HDMI port on your laptop but have a working USB-C port, this adapter is a really practical way to connect to an external display again. It did exactly what I needed it to do getting me back to gaming on my TV.

I purchased this to make use of some extra monitors I had. Since working from home, I’d been using one extra monitor but often found myself needing 2. This little device has allowed me to connect 2 extra monitors to my laptop giving me a total of 3 screens. It took a few attempts to get the settings right on my laptop but once it’s been set up, it is perfect every time. I have got the charging cable plugged in through it and haven’t noticed any additional heat or noise coming from the box. It’s easy enough to pop in and out every time I bring my laptop home so it’s getting plenty of use and doesn’t take up much space. 10/10 purchase for me.

I am a big home cinema fan and I am always on the lookout for the best TV to really bring my movies to life. I read lots of reviews but also, when I am in the market for a new TV, I will arrange for TVs to be delivered for demo purposes. This splitter will be ideal for that as I will be able to feed two TVs the same signal and make a direct comparison.The splitter is nice and compact and seems solidly built. It is truly plug and play, as long as your host device is USB 3.0/3.1. The one downside is that the unit has a fixed USB C input lead and that lead is rather short and has a PVC skin. I would have preferred a removable lead then I could have used a much longer one and would have used a braided cable as I like the durability of braid. Also the rubber protective collar at the junction between box and cable is short and rather stiff. This is the area where a lot of cables fail due to cracking of the sheath caused by repeated flexing. A longer, more flexible collar would help to protect against that.In use there was no obvious drop in picture quality. If there had have been then that would be a very definite contraindication to it's use for me. Value wise a feel that £14.99 is probably at the very top of it's price range and perhaps a better deal could be had elsewhere.
