if you wear size 12, what size should i buy???

If you wear a size 12 in sneakers, I would suggest either an 11.5 or 11. Dress shoes and boots tent to have a longer toebox than sneakers.

I've had one pair for 3 years, they are not noisy at all. Just bought my second pair as I scratched the toe pretty bad... otherwise I would still be wearing them!

Are the insoles removable?

Received a pair today and insole is not removable!
