so simple to use - takes 30 secs to set up in the morning and cleaning happens during the day - so much simpler than the old cleaning method - people mention a scent but I haven't noticed it at all - expensive but well worth it.

Purchased just after Christmas 2018 because I felt that the usual wet sterilising was not effective enough. I have been using CPAP for about 10 years after being diagnosed with sleep apnoea and use it every day. I have been doing the usual routine of cleaning/sterilising all those years so when my wife spotted this I thought I would read the reviews first. The principal of generating ozone and using it to sterilise the system is obviously sound. What I like is that it sterilises the complete system from compressor to nose piece. I do not use any humidification system so can not comment on that.Yes it has a unique smell but it is a clean smell and not a problem to me. The replacement filter price initially put me off a bit but; some research on the internet produced some interesting information - go and look - I will not comment here.I have given it 5 stars because it works well as described, I set the clock and timer without problem and use it every day for my CPAP.Review - end of January 2019

At £300, I did get a bit of a shock but having used the device for about a month I have to say its great. It gives you the peace of mind that what you're breathing in is fresh and clean. I have no complaints albeit I've just spent another £36 for the replacement consumables that are needed every 6months.The device was easy to set up and is easy to use.My only slight concern is that the lid seems a little bit lightweight as its all plastic. So I do wonder how long its going to last me but right now its keeping things clean and fresh so no complaints at all!!!I would also say that I had a prompt reply to any questions I've asked and so right now I'd say the customer aftercare is good (which is quite a rare thing to be able to say these days!Would I buy this device again.......YES!

This as been my best purchase so far this year. Up until September this year I was miserable having to get up in the morning and tasked with another job in the morning of washing all the parts of my mask and then letting it dry out before getting ready and rushing out to work and sometimes I didn’t always have time and therefore missing some days. If I did miss some days and not wash my mask I would some times break out in a rash on my face if not washed for a while. Since having the soclean 2, it has saved me time and stopped me from getting the skin irritation on my face. Okay there is a smell when the machine cleans your mask but it’s not a disgusting smell it’s more of a clinical smell and you do get used to it. If you do have the money it’s well worth investing in. Thumbs up to SoClean.

This is a fantastic equipment and a inportantItem its great cons are the price$$$$£££££££ which happens when its medical devises where some people need them but money wont let them????????

It is impossible for me to understand the enclosed manual so I have no idea how to set it up and use it!This is not the impression I was given in the advertisement.

It took the hassle of cleaning my machine out of the equation. I have also noticed an increase in the length of time I use the CPAP for each night.

Instructions were useless expensive item no idea how to use

Had the SoClean for about a month now and it's awesome. I read all of the reviews about "the smell" so I started the cycle for 5 minutes. There was no smell so I increased it to the 7 minute cycle. There is a noticeable smell but it's not offensive as some claim. Actually my citrus wipes leave a much stronger smell than the ozone does. As far as sanitizing, a very noticeable difference! I have always had sinus troubles since I started using my CPAP. Every single cold ended in sinus infection and antibiotics, and if I didn't wash the works down every evening, I'd wake up with a fat head and a sinus headache. Since I started using the SoClean, issues are gone. I'm so impressed, Ive been telling my Father and siblings about this wonderful machine. It did slightly discolour my mask. I read another review that claims the seals inside the machine are affected by the ozone so I simply created a small plug out of memory foam to block the ozone from entering the CPAP machine (just in case). I highly recommend the SoClean to those considering it. Although it's al little on the pricy side and not yet covered by health care insurance, it's well worth the money.

so happy with this product - it works well. It is expensive, but I can sleep without worry of mold, germs, and disease. It is worth every penny. quick delivery and no problems.

The product is easy to use but the smell of the CPAP after cleaning is strong. Not in a good way either. This is for my daughter and I can smell it as soon as I got into her room after it has cleaned. You almost have to wash everything out to get rid of the smell. I’m sure it cleans well as it runs the ozone though the whole machine. We end up cleaning 1-2x per week. We run the CPAP for 10-15 minutes after cleaning to blow the smell out a bit.
