I've been using these hip bands for about two months now. They’re much better than rubber resistance bands, booty bands. The rubber exercise bands would bunch, pinch the skin, and pull on leg hair. But These elastic & cloth feel of this makes the hip band unique, durable, and user friendly.These hip resistance bands for legs and butt seriously help warming up my gluteus to help improve activation as well as allow more movement. I do side steps, monster walks, hip thrusts, and glute bridges with these resistance exercise booty hip bands and my glutes and legs are immediately on fire every time.The quality of these hip bands for women and man are as good as hip circle. I have recommended the hip bands to my friends and I'll be buying these hip workout bands as presents for my workout buddies!

I don't have time to go to gym regularly so I do some exercise at home. Disadvantage about that is when no one is watching, I go easy on stretching and wonder whether all my exercise are just useless gestures. When I do squat with this band, it's different story. The resistance power is so strong that I can feel the tension on the hip and leg muscles, and I was forced to squat slowly and strongly. The band are wide enough to grip on my clothes without slipping down or hurt my skins. The bands are individually packed with a travel bag, so I take one with me during my trips and exercise in the hotel room. Really like this product and recommended to my friends.

I absolutely LOVE these bands. They don’t roll up on you! I HATE latex bands. I hate the smell of them, I hate how they roll up in you, I hate how they get even harder to stay stable once you add sweat into the mix. I am a trainer, and the latex bands are very frustrating to use, especially when with a client and your time is their money, and you constantly have to fight with the bands. I haven’t had any issues with these ones! Do yourself a favor and spend the little bit extra money and get these!

I honestly love these bands. As a fitness enthusiast I love equipment that can work with my plus size body. These don't roll down my thighs or pinch my thighs, I get a great work out. The resistance is very good.

Absolutely LOOOVE these. They’re so thick and sturdy I thought they would be too difficult to use. However, they are perfect. They do not bunch up like the rubber ones, they have better resistance and they work! They also come with 3 year warranty which speaks for itself.

I like the bands but the medium size is coming apart. I’ve had them for a month but noticed it right away. I can still use it but it’s so annoying when you buy something and it’s defective. I’m sure there’s a lot of people that got better luck when buying these. The small and the large and good though

These bands are essentially useless because they're way too strong. The only one that even stretches enough to go around my quads at all is the lightest resistance, which isn't enough for me, and the medium and heavy don't even fit above my knees. I'm very strong in my squat and deadlift and needed something to warm up as well as add additional resistance and form protection to my squat, and for that these are absolutely unsuable. I gave two stars because technically they are made well and IF they could be used in the way I bought them for I'm sure they'd be great, but they're so tightly made that the strongest band don't even stretch enough to fit above my calves.

I needed thicker heavy duty bands that didn't pull my leg hair. These are perfect! The bands are super heavy duty and made of great material. The only thing that upsets me is to why I didn't buy these sooner!
