I love the load capacity and smoothness of rotation. Great bearings! Wish the bottom part of the swivel was shaped more like an "O", so it would accept two carabiners more easily.

My daughter was looking for a swivel to elevate her aerial silk practices and come up with different routines. She was able to put it up and take it down all on her own and it works smoothly.

We used this swivel to support a lyra (aerial hoop). It was extremely easy to install and works great. The included spring clips were an added bonus. They were large enough to hold bulky straps and easily met our weight requirements. Overall, the swivel met our needs and was a great value, especially with the additional carabiners/spring clips.
