Good lights for the price. Easy to install. Gives off good light. I used them to replace the old halogen lights I had in my garage.

very nice light fixtures. easy to put up. light weight. i like the power choices along with the light color temperature options. i chose the warm 3000 k color. i would have offered 5 stars but one of the fixtures arrived with a cracked lens cover / missing chip piece pictured.

We replaced our storage room light fixtures with these. The old fixtures were four old HEAVY fixtures that used four 48" florescent tubes that cost $37.47 for a four pack here on Amazon. So $149.88 plus tax to replace them all. And, of course, we had to replace them periodically. We bought these fixtures for $117.96 all-in delivered to our doorstep. They're LED so there are no tubes to replace. They do not have two ballast packs so they are a LOT lighter. They will definitely outlive me. And, as infrequently as they are used in the store room they will possibly outlive the next homeowner. Installation was very easy. There are 1" punch-outs in the fixtures that exactly aligned with the wall plugs from the old fixtures (ceiling mounted to concrete). The plugs don't have to support nearly as much weight either. The wires in the fixtures were already tinned and we used Wago lever wire connectors instead of wire nuts. Wiring up could not have been much easier. White-to-white, black-to-black and ground. There are wire tie loops along the top of these fixtures that made securing the wires in a nice bundle as easy as could be. We did not measure the light with a light meter for comparison but the light is easily as bright as it was with the old four tube fixtures. We could not be happier with the product. Highly recommended.

Very good LED lights at a very good price..

so brightness is indeed relative - 50 lms / sq ft appears to be a generally good standard - so a standard 2 car garage (22 x 20) = 440 sq ft = ~ 22000 lms. thus this 4 pack puts out 17600 lms - for me it appears to be plenty of light (more then my old fluorescents) and certainly a "good" amount in the front 1/2 of my garage - indeed working at my bench or on my car engine is much improved - now again - is the back half of my garage "darker" - it is indeed - so if you are looking to completely light up an entire 2 care garage (imho) you will need 30000+ lumes and thusly 2x 4 packs of these lights will suffice. wiring is straight forward - black to black - white to white - and gnd to gnd - i beleive you can link 10 lights together - why didnt i do 8 ? - i live in a condo - and have too many communal pipes and drains in my ceiling - but if i had the space i would have... but so far - the 4 in the front half of my garage is working out great. for $80 ($20 / per light) you indeed cannot go wrong.

If you're diy installer, just be prepared to improvise because the slots on these lights simply don't align with those on ceiling electrical boxes. The fixture's metal is flimsy, easily drilled to adapt, so they're salvageable. Once up, the led lighting is good. The clear plastic diffuser is also super flimsy but adequate.
