Honestly, this is my secret weapon for building significant muscle in my late 40s. I don't do creatine much because it makes my face puffy, but this seems to give me similar some similar benefits. If I take it before a workout I have super powers. A visible pump remains in my muscles for days after taking just one. And I also have a CBS gene mutation with processing protein/sulphur and clearing ammonia, and apparently this helps the liver do that, converting safely into urea so it doesn't cause any issues (physical and/or mental!).
