This is great herb. It’s It is used for many ailments. It is not too strong but works in a slower and gentle way while serving it’s purpose.

Helps acne so well
I got sick everytime I took it the first month and a half. It's been three months now and my skin has cleared up and I no longer get nauseous. The back says the recommended is 3 a day. I say start with one and then build. I take two now.
