After having gone through countless earbuds and trying Bluetooth headphones that were cheaper and some more expensive, I decided to try these. Plantronics has a reputation for making very expensive headsets and these are definitely at the low end price-wise. Pros: - crystal clear mic - mic filters out all background noise. It even does a good job of avoiding clicks and taps on your desk. - Audio quality is great. Bass and treble are clear and there’s no distortion of sound as the top and end of the volume range. - controls are cord are big and easy to see. - mute and call lights on the remote let you know how the headset is being used. - USB dongle works great and is plug and play. Cord on the dongle/controls is perfect to let you out plug this in the back of your computer. - works even without the USB dongle - headband is very sturdy - boom mic is sturdy and easy to move, and doesn’t need to be right in front of your mouth. Cons: - headphone speakers aren’t the lightest. - headband isn’t padded, but is still comfortable. - red cord sticks out like a sore thumb. - doesn’t fit tightly. If you have a larger head this might be a problem. I love this headset. At this price it hits above it’s weight class. If you’re going to wear this all day, you might want something lighter and with a padded headband.

This is a great all-around general headset which can be used for phone conversations, listening to music, watching Youtube, and works great plugged into the headset jack of a PS4 controller! I've owned the previous model (C325-M) for 3 years which is essentially the same model except for the cord color, but the cord recently shorted out so I quickly bought this one! I find this headset to be comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the audio quality sounds nice & clear to me. If you're an audiophile, maybe you'll want something more expensive, but for all around use these rock!

Simple headset, perfect for home office. I work from home and am very conscientious of sound quality. Sound is great. I leave the USB plugged in for VoIP and can remove the jack and plug it into my mobile device or tablet. First time use I couldn't figure out why there was a loud ringing when using my PC. You have to push the jack in all the way so that no red cord is visible, as seen on the pic. I know it's obvious but wanted to share in case you run into the same issue.

Bought for work, sound quality is good and mic works fine. No issues with connection. Cord is a good length. Controls are good and placed logically. The carry bag is also nice. 4 stars due to the uncomfortable ear pads.

The best wired headset I used ever. This fits perfectly. mic quality is amazing, audio is excellent, and great comfort. Don't spend money on anything other than fancy headsets, this does its job perfectly.

This is a nice lightweight headset with great audio quality for listening and speaking. Unfortunately, the Windows 10 drivers just weren't stable on my machine, and Zoom reported a 'your microphone is not working' error about 15 minutes into every meeting. The audio also malfunctioned with MS Teams. I switched to a different USB audio adapter and the headset is now working fine.

Have bought this headset 3 times for different computers. Works great, but found the ear cushions that come with it not comfortable enough so purchased thicker replacement ear cushions that fit right on.

I really liked the product. I bought 3 of them for the family. It is an awesome product until it stops working. Two of the three I bought stopped working- the volume drops significantly and you can no longer make out the sounds.

Los materiales mejor de lo que esperaba. Funciones muy buenas el mute, subir y bajar volumen. Muy buen sonido. Valen lo que cuestan. Excelentes para conferencias y videoconferencia. Serían perfectos si se pudieran usar para música mejorando los drivers para sonidos bajos.

Das Plantronics Blackwire 3225 USB-A Headset wird in einem braunen Karton geliefert. In dem Karton befindet sich einwenig "Papierkram", und das Headset in einer schwarzen Reißverschluss Tasche. Das USB- Bedienteil, und das Headset können übrigens getrennt werden. Dann kann das Headset an einem analogen Audioeingang verwendet werden. Das Kabel vom USB-A Stecker zum Bedienteil ist ca. 1m lang, das Kabel vom Klinkenstecker zum Headset ist knapp 1.20m lang. Die Ohrpolster sind sehr angenehm auf den Ohren, und der Kopfhörer Bügel ist auch noch gepolstert. Die Verarbeitung des kompletten Headsets ist wirklich gut. Es fällt klar auf, das Plantronics eher im business Umfeld verwendet wird. Es gibt da gar nichts was man irgendwie bemängeln könnte. Übrigens wenn nach einigen Jahren der Verwendung die Ohrpolster "aufgeben", dann kann man sich für unter 10€ Ersatzpolster bestellen (Hersteller Nummer 89862-01). Das ist eine tolle Sache, da kann ein Headset dann doch sehr lange genutzt werden. Das Headset funktioniert sehr gut mit Windows 10. Es werden keine Treiber benötigt, und das Headset kann komplett mit dem Bedienteil gesteuert werden. Der Ton kann laut bzw. leise gestellt werden, das Mikrophon kann gemutet werden, und der Anruf kann angenommen und beendet werden. Der Klang, und die Sprachverständlichkeit ist auch wirklich gut. Zusätzlich kann das Headset an einem 4 Pol Klinkenstecker betrieben werden. Mit Skype for Business und MS Teams funktioniert dieses Headset natürlich auch sehr gut. Fazit: Das Headset ist gut verarbeitet, und der Klang und Sprach Verständlichkeit ist auch gut. Daher gebe ich 5 Sterne.
