I bought this bag specifically to use for riding my motorcycle and have used it for about a full year, so thats what I'm going to grade this on. And honestly, its fantastic. I've tried so many backpacks in different sizes and kinds and this is the only one I've ever felt 100% is the perfect fit both in size and practicality. 32L is about the upper limit of size I can justify carrying on a naked sports bike and this fits perfectly; not too bulky it catches the wind but not so small I cant store what I need in it. The zippers do not feel cheap at all and the material has proven to be very tough. There has never been a point while using this that I've feared it was going to fall apart at some point. I generally carry a bunch of stuff in it like first aid kit, portable air compressor, rain jacket and tripod. The molle system on the back and sides give me a good place to strap on my first aid kit and the side pockets are super nice, they're very tall with some pockets in them. Speaking of pockets, they're everywhere. There's all sorts of nooks, pockets and compartments that do a great job of keeping things organized and together and would equally make an amazing EDC bag. The back padding is fine. When wearing it on my motorcycle its against my back armor in my jacket so I cant tell too much of a difference, but when wearing it for work it feels pretty good and will definitely keep your back from getting sweaty. Not really a negative since its not what its made for, but just a fore warning, I have a bad habit of getting caught in the rain while out riding and this bag lets in moisture a fair bit. Not saying everything inside gets drenched, the bag is definitely water resistant, but I'm just glad I've never had my laptop in it while it was raining. My only other gripe is I wish the strip of velcro for patches was a bit bigger. But honestly its not the end of the world and its good praise for a bag when my only gripes are "Contents get kinda moist in the rain" and "I can only put on two or three patches." Overall, this is a stellar bag both for everyday carry and riding a motorcycle. I have very little to say that isn't overwhelmingly positive. The price is a little high for a backpack, but its worth every penny for how sturdy and reliable it is. Absolutely get this, it is worth its weight in gold.

Exactly what I needed, a compact every day carry backpack. Lot of zippers and organiser, sufficient organizations to carry all you need for a daily backpack and even more space to accommodate if any excess. Good material, nothing to complain about.

Perfect size for a daily use backpack. Reasonable quality especially for the price. My problem with backpacks is they can become very heavy quickly as I always want to load them up with everything I may need. This pack, while it has lots of room, is just the right size for a daily carry. I do carry a camera with a couple of lenses and my insert fits perfectly in the bottom with room on top for a rain jacket or something similar. One feature I like a lot is how the main compartment unzips all the way to the bottom. This lets me open it up and load it more like a small suitcase which helps a ton with keeping it organized without needing to empty everything out. I also very much like the smooth contour. I don't need to carry a water bottle on the outside and not having pockets sticking out to snag on things is great. My only complaint is it does not have a organizer pocket at the top front that is designed for pens and similar items. I always carry a notebook, pen and usually a small knife and having some small compartments for this sort of thing would be a nice addition. All in all, a very nice pack for everyday use.. 12/30/2025 Follow up on my original review. This is a great backpack for everyday use. I have been using it for about 10 months, everyday use, longer trips, packed with 2 laptops at times. It just works. If anything, it has so many pockets that you can get dizzy trying to remember where you might have stashed something. I would not hesitate to buy this again or recommend it for anyone needing a sturdy backpack that can easily carry daily essentials for a day or a week. Not including clothing of course. FYI after many months use it still looks like new, no frayed edges or stitching coming undone. Sturdy and reliable.

Very sturdy, plenty of compartments, and it looks and feels durable. Size is perfect, everything was as described. Most important, very comfortable.

The Good - Materials, build quality, nice cushy back and engineering of the pocket layouts. The Bad - Overall quality is great but not excellent. I have a 5.11 Rush 12 and 5.11 clearly has better stitching work and overall sewing on the 5.11 bag feels a bit tougher. Recently I purchased a 5.11 Rush 12 tactical bag and while the materials, and build quality were A+, overall I was underwhelmed with the bag. It lacked the pocket organization I was hoping for, it lacked any side pockets (I added MOLLE ones but they just flopped around when unused), the laptop sleeve was horrible (it’s inside the bag and very very annoying to access your laptop easily, and it barely held my light coat inside while the laptop was in it along with the items in the admin pouch. This put me in the situation of possibly buying the Rush 24 (which has a lot of the same issues) or a new bag all together. I stumbled across this Amheh bag and was very very hesitant to buy this bag at first. Never heard of the company, never heard of the name, very few reviews (as of March 2025) and the reviews that were glowing, very clearly were the ones that received the bag for free. After watching Amheh's official walkthrough video of this bag, I decided to take the leap of faith and drop the moderately high asking cost for this bag compared to other unknown tactical bag companies. Upon receiving the box, first impressions were positive. I was genuinely surprised by the brand name on the custom box and the brand name on the plastic bag that the bag came in. Little details like this sell the validity of the company and not some cheap China stuff. The Detailed Review…. Rated below on a scale of 5 being the best 1 being the worst. THE BUILD QUALITY AND MATERIALS - Rating 3.8 - The Amheh bag build was much better than what I expected. Having purchased the cheaper tactical bags before, and having owned the 5.11 Rush 12 for a while now the build quality between those two is night and day. I’d say this Amheh bag sits somewhere between the two but closer to 5.11 bags. - Zippers feel great and smooth YKK. - Stitching and Interior - Some interior is lacking with surfaces feeling a little rough with stitching showing but overall great. Very surprised to see Velcro inside the bag to attach pockets to. That was a nice little surprise. Although not a single felt pocket for storing glasses but no biggie as I don't really ever use those. MOLLE- The stitching on these could definitely improved. Compared to my 5.11 bag these probably feel the worst. I'd have to take a few 20mile hikes with this bag and some heave admin pouches strapped on via MOLLE to put it through its paces. PADDING ON BACK AND STRAPS- 3.9 Padding on the back of the bag felt very nice and made it very comfortable to wear. I'd say better than the 5.11 bags. Padding on the shoulder straps felt pretty good. A slight notch below the 5.11 bags but overall very comfortable bag. Haven't walked with it much yet but planning on putting it to the test. Handle - Probably the one area that seemed the flimsiest. Could be improved to make chunkier and sturdier as I felt like I could rip this thing off. So far it has stayed so that's good. Sternum strap feels fine and has a bungee element as expected. Also has a whistle on it lol very nice. Hip Strap is a nice addition but is overly cheap and not padded. Nice addition as 5.11 doesn't include one and charges extra for it. POCKETS - 4.5 The pocket layout is why I bought this bag. The 5.11 Rush 12 simply does not have enough in the pocket department. SIDE POCKETS - This Amheh bag has zippered pockets on BOTH sides which is HUGE. Not having to attach MOLLE water bottle holders and having them flop around is amazing. Not only that the side pockets have several different compartments for large, medium and x4 small pockets for odds and ends. Love this. The side pockets easily hold water bottles and open up entirely to access the mesh zipper pouch on the flap panel that opens up. Overall A+ on these. FRONT POCKETS - Bag has two front pockets. One up top with the Velcro on the outside and inside has two mesh compartments with plenty of room for all sorts of stuff. Then a standard dump deeper pocket on front of the bag with the molle on the outside. No felt pocket at all on this bag which is odd as that’s pretty standard on these bags. I can easily fit my iPad Air in the admin pouch no issues. REAR LAPTOP/HYDRATION BLADDER POCKET Fairly standard to see a hydration bladder pocket but what's nice about this one is that it doubles as a laptop sleeve. It fit my 15.4" Dell Laptop easily so if the internal laptop sleeve is not your cup of tea you can use this one. Although this pocket goes right to the bottom of the bag so you may have be a little careful when setting your bag down if your laptop is housed here. No padding at the bottom or hover seam that allows the laptop to rest higher than the ground. The inside pocket does appear to over above the ground ever so slightly but barely. I’d still be careful when setting the bag down on concrete with a laptop in it. But unlike the 5.11 bag, it’s super easy to pull the laptop in and out of either compartment. INSIDE FRONT At the top is a really nice zip open pocket that has x4 horizontal slots that allow you to store items like pens, flares, cables, etc. These are a really nice touch. Then below this pocket is a nice mesh zip pocket with plenty of space. INSIDE REAR You'll find two loops at the inside top of the bag, followed by the laptop sleeve, and two zipper mesh pockets which are great. INSIDE SIDES A nice surprise also was the two slots inside the bag on each side that you can fit water bottles or any cylindrical item inside. Was not expecting to see these. Very nice touch. I really took a risk on this bag but ultimately for the price it’s worth it. I’d probably hoped to pay at least maybe 20$ less due to being able to land a Rush 12 for around the same cost for better sewing/material feel but oh well. The pocket layout is great, materials used feel and function well and overall it fits more than my Rush 5.11 12 bag which along with the lacking pocket system and the lack of storage and easy pull in/out of my laptop this Amheh bag is the clear winner for my use and ultimately that’s what matters as a consumer not the brand name but will your bag work for your needs.
