You can wear them for hours and by the time the cold feeling has worn off yiur migraine will be gone or the pain significantly reduced. I highly recommend these for headaches.

I get migraines constantly and have had them for over a decade. These were a new discovery for me and actually help so much. I need to order more because heat doesn’t help me and tends to make them worse so these are much better. Last a good amount of time too for the price. I do wish they were more sticky in strength for those who still gotta get up and move around while using but if your sitting still using then they stay on better. No weird smells tha I noticed.
