米国駐在中に歯科医から勧められて使い始めました。エナメル質の再生、汚れの除去、口臭にものすごく効きます。ミント味を使っていましたが日本へ帰ってからは無香で。効果は変わりません。日本のマウスウォッシュはおそらく殺菌をその瞬間しても、雑菌を歯のエナメル質から引き剥がし後も増殖させない効果があるのだと思います。虫歯になりかけの歯もエナメル質で止まっていれば再生するようです。
