I have tried wearing them overnight. Seems that since I just started wearing them overnight is a bit too much at this time.

The toe correctors help straighten my toes a little, but you have to consistently wear them for them to help to ease any discomfort of your toes. During sleep they do get a little snug so your toes might get sore. I don’t wear them during the day, only at night when I’m asleep.

Hello, Yes, they can absolutely be worn with socks. You will just need to be a little more careful when putting on your socks so the toe separators stay in place.
