I use these with regular saline packet as my allergies are severe but this makes it not sting even though I'm doubling the dosage.

Have used the regular saline base sinus rinses for years since first sinus surgery. They have really helped, especially after mowing the yard. My doctor told me about this one about 7 months ago and so far have been really impressed with it. Not sure how it works differently, but it does seem to keep my sinuses moister. They did not get completely dry with just the regular rinse, but I can tell a real difference with this. The only thing I have noticed that has been a little irritating, is I rinse morning and evening. But if I use this both times, even a few hours before bed time, I have to blow my nose during the night. So I use this one in the morning and the regular one in the evening.

This is the best solution that we have tried. Used in the squeeze bottle.
