It's a scam (ADT-3 (Developer Kit) hardware not xiaomi box 3rd gen
Be CAREFUL EVERYONE... this is a scam - This is a steel when provide xiaomi tv box 3rd gen in the outside with hardware of ADT-3 (Developer Kit) from google allwinner H313/H616 ARM cortex 53 CPU you should face legal consequences for that. (You can check the device hardware with third party app or it will be clear when you sign in into your Google account you will receive an email with device name which is ADT-3 not xiaomi box 3rd gen).
