Nowhere does it says it's organic. Been using this brand for 10 years.

How does it compare to Tilda ?

There is no comparison between these 2 rice, Empire rice has aroma, long length when it cooks right and very delicious.

please tell me the expiry date if I buy now?

The one I received expired about 18/19 months after the date I received it. October 2021 and received rice in late March 2020.
