Brilliant. Well made and hugely useful for dealing with dough and scraping worktop clean afterwards. Also just for scraping general choppings etc.

This was not the quality I expected and I think it was a fake. No OXO branding on the product, the metal blade was bent and the rubber grip was crap. Threw it straight in the bin, don't waste your money.

パン生地をこねたり伸ばしたりするのに使ってみましたが、 ハンドル部分が丁度手にピタッと収まる形で、 非常に握りやすく、その分、扱い易いなと思いました。 造りもしっかりしていて丈夫そうですし、 刃(と言うほど鋭利ではありませんが)の部分にメモリが 振ってあるのが気が利いてて地味に便利だと思いました。

Portions doughs beautifully. Also very handy for portioning butter. Use it to scrape off your cutting board and move ingredients. The sturdy handle makes using it a breeze.
