This arrived very quickly and well packaged. It is a small, compact and easy to hold vacuum cleaner but cleans like a full singing and dancing upright cleaner. It's powerful and works well in hard to get to areas and corners and is brilliant for the car. I would definitely recommend this product. Now I have this, I would't get anything else - my previous make had virtually no suction so this is a godsend.
