I brought the Globlinker portable Wi-Fi device with me to Greece and Turkey, and it worked flawlessly from the moment I turned it on. The internet connection was fast and reliable. I was even able to request Ubers easily while exploring both countries.The device is lightweight, compact, and very easy to use. Everything is clearly displayed on the screen, and setup was simple. I had a quick question and emailed customer support . They replied almost instantly and even gave me extra data as a bonus. Incredible service!I’m really impressed with both the product and the support team. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling internationally. It gave me peace of mind and kept me connected the entire trip!

This unit is the bomb. I have spent 3 years dealing with campgrounds and other sites having poor to bad WIFI and Internet while traveling and camping, I need something that I could use in my camper that would provide connection for my phones, A Denon HEOS AVR and my Superbox for TV and movies. I tried a couple of devices from Amazon that didn't work and returned them, and were a pain to set up and just about gave up. Then I found the Globlinker. Great price, shipped fast and the installation was 5-10 minutes. The only issue I had was getting my receiver to link with it. NOT the Globlinker's fault but the receiver. I got that resolved. Now I have WIFI and Internet just about anywhere I go. I have the Denon Heos AVR with a TV, a DVD player, and a Superbox (look it up) communicating with each other and using the Globlinker as the WIFI connection. Works great, fast 4G, my wife and I also use our cell phones and laptops with WIFI connect. You get 10 GB of data free for 30 days when you first get it and then the plans are pay as you go from there and they are very reasonable. If you go for awhile without using it, you don't pay. Small and fits in your pocket. Has a battery that can be charged via USB that will last awhile, or you can use it plugged in and not worry about the battery. Now about support. Fast response to emails, even on weekends. Very helpful. The only reason I contacted support was when I had issues connecting to the DVR, even though it wasn't their problem they tried everything they could to help. Very polite. Best part, no need to purchase a Sim card. Don't waste your time researching units like this one, I already did it for you. I hope this helps with your decision.

I use this a lot since my work computer has restricted WiFi, and it’s been super helpful on my personal laptop. It’s really easy to use- just turn it on and connect. The signal is strong and I haven’t had any issues with it dropping or being slow.I like that there’s no contract or subscription, and you just pay for what you use. I’ve used it in a few different places and the connection has always been solid. It’s small enough to throw in a bag too, which is nice.Definitely worth it if you need reliable WiFi on the go or have weird restrictions like I do.

Works well at my camp in the mountains. Best if it can be kept plugged in, takes a while to recharge.

This product kept me connected through most of Costa Rica 🇨🇷 and also gave me the option to share with others when their signal was not working. I do highly recommend it for traveling and being able to be connected with access to internet and phone, and the signal strength was dependable, plus it was easy to use....just a scan away.

Does not work at allCan’t get it to work- it will connect to devices but do hardly anything and the connection is spotty and can’t load webpages in my laptop

Device worked perfectly for our vacation.we used it for our 4 hr drive, using gps and Sirius radio…no issues at all..and being on the island it worked seemlessly all our phones and tablets. Battery life is great. And easy to carry in a purse or pocket. Adding additional data was easy too. Just know that the new package only shows when you use up existing data. That was my question to customer service and answer was in my spam mail. They have excellent customer service! Very happy we chose Globlinker!

This HotSpot is GREAT! We are loving it. We used it on our trip from OH to FL and we were able to use it in the car running the Waze app and stayed connected the whole trip and through the mountains. We did experience little disruptions but it connected back up right away. We used it in the hotel rooms for our laptops and used very little data. The battery life is great! We live in FL and plan to use it when we lose internet due to storms or hurricanes. The only thing we haven't tried is streaming our tv. When we try the tv I will update our review. Customer support is great as well, I emailed questions about purchasing data and they were very prompt at answering. Very happy customer.
