this is easily superior to former model with some excellent changes/ the water level is easier to see /the drainage basin is much more secure/the pod insertion process helps avoid mistakes with a small shaping wall for want of a better word guiding into place and larger main instruction button so its now idiot-proof for a good price/ bought as a spare but now in main use..impressed as so many times improvements to new models are simply gimmicks but these 4 changes are real and helpfully thought through by designers who listen

I bought the vivy introduced 2017, brilliant machine unfortunately the happy friendly does not compare to the vivy, extremely disappointed would appreciate that if one came on the market comparable to the vivy you could inform me of that

Arrived on time. Bought to replace my old Tassimo which had stopped working. Works as expected but was disappointed it didn’t include free pods but my fault as didn’t read what’s included correctly. Great price as good discount. Unfortunately, no safety disc was included and trying to get one is proving difficult. Will keep trying.
