But nice and often has an unpleasant flushing effect for many people which you will not get with tocotrienols. In 5 months with a healthy diet and this supplement my triglycerides went from 281 to 136 which is a 51.6% improvement. HDL went from 37 to 40 which is an 8.1% improvement with no change to my activity. I would encourage others to make sure that any vitamin E they ever take is in this form. The liposomal form gets through your stomach into your intestines where it is better absorbed. I will be using this supplement indefinitely. If you grew up during the era when everyone was told to take vitamin C and vitamin E, you may be under the misconception that all forms of vitamin E should be good for you but the synthetic tocopherol form is something that should be avoided and unfortunately it is the most marketed form of vitamin e. I would highly encourage you to stick to this form. As the natural form of vitamin e, your body can make excellent use of this nutrient.
