Senville 20 Ft Drain Hose Line for Mini Split Air Conditioner Ductless Heat Pump

Hello all, I've been using the Senville 20 Ft Drain Hose Line for my mini split air conditioner, and it's been a fantastic product. The 20-foot length gave me plenty of flexibility to route the hose exactly where I needed it, and the durable material has held up well over time. I was having an issue with the 10ft that the mini splic came with, as the water was dropping in my patio. Installation was a breeze, and it connected easily to my unit (it literally fit perfectly). This hose has been a reliable solution for keeping my system running smoothly and efficiently, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their mini split setup.

I have never worked with mini split A/C systems before. I just know how to turn them on and that is about it. During the harsh winters this last year, the standing water drain hose froze and cracked. Lucky that it was just the drain hose. It was dripping down the wall. I was over researching what was needed. At the low price of this hose line, I just thought I would give it a try. It actually was the perfect fit for the drain tray on the mini split. It was long enough that if I ever have to replace the drain line again, I already have one ready to go.

Worked for the DELLA Vario (Versa)18k mini split. Installed it in my garage. Just went with this as it was the cheapest and I only needed around 2 ft. Senville units are ok, Della is much better and has superior features such as wifi/mobile app and hands down the BEST remote that was ever made. Blows name brands right out of the water such as mitsubishi. Just needed a drain hose and it worked for what I needed it too

Purchase brand new mini split installed it. The brand new drain hose that came with the unit was already brittle after running a week. It cracked at the bend. quick hose from Amazon. Save the day

The old condensation tubing that was connected to my mini split through the exterior wall to outside had to make a sharp 90 degree turn from the inside to the outside through the hole in the wall. This sharp turn caused the old tubing, to compress at the point where the turn or bend was (kind of like when a garden hose kinks). This prevented water from getting through the tube to the outside. Instead, the water would build up in the tube before the bend and eventually leak onto the floor inside of the house. So I replaced the old tubing last weekend with this Senville tubing. Because of the tube design with the creases (or whatever they are called?) the Senville tubing doesn't kink or close off at the point of the bend, seeming to better allow the water to continue to flow to the outside. It's only been a week, and I have not had to run the mini split yet (I'll know better how the new tubing performs once the weather gets warmer and condensation builds up), but just eyeballing it, it's clear the new Senville tubing, should perform much better. The Senville Tubing is light weight, easily makes turns as it snakes through the wall, and connected to the main condensation hose that came with the mini split without issue. I've already order some more tubing to replace the condensation tubing in my other mini splits in the house.

We have installed 3 Tosot Mini Splits now, and this last one was installed in a location where the drain line provided with the unit ended right above a window, which is not ideal. We ordered this additional drain hose to extend the distance, and it fit perfectly. We did use some caulk and taped the seam to be sure that it does not leak, but it did the job, and we had plenty left over for future units if needed.
