The first ingredient of this item is a sugar substitute. The photo of the ingredients has been edited so that the first ingredient is protein, but once you get the product, sugar is the main ingredient. I bought this product trying to get something healthy for my child who doesn't eat animal protein for medical reasons, so I was very disappointed to find this out. Even more, I realized this is a product you cannot return, so I am stuck with a $40 item that I can't even feed to my child.
