Q: Im looking for a product that helps relieve neck pain from typing on a computer or playing video games, would this product help relieve my neck pain?

It is really helping with my neck pain which sounds very similar.

Q: Would it fit someone with a 16" neck

My neck is 12-13" and it's big, so yes it will fit as has Velcro adjustable closure.

Q: What is return policy?

U have a certain amt of time to rtn. Fill out section in Amazon app. U choose how to rtn. Taking to kohl’s (at least here) is the easiest way. They’ll send a code to be scanned by kohl’s, drop it off there, it’s free, (u don’t have to package in amazon box - kohl’s will do it for you. They’ll also give u a discount coupon to use at kohl’s. Nice & easy! 🙂

Q: Has anybody tried sleeping with it?

Yes. It has relived around 80% of my cervical headaches. It does get warm though but I remedied that by wrapping a mini -Frogg Togg around my neck then placing collar over it. It keeps my neck much cooler. I also purchased 2 of them so I can wash one & still have another while it dries.
