Loftus Joker Spy Rearview Glass, Black, 5.75"

Great part of a spy gear collection!
I ordered my daughter a pair of spy glasses like these after she expressed interest in wanting a spy kit. I remember having these exact glasses as a child, and I could only hope she would enjoy playing with them as much as I did 20 years ago. When these glasses arrived, my daughter immediately began playing with them. She played with the glasses for hours. My daughter is 7, and understood how to use them. My 4 year old son, however, could not understand how to move your eyes in the right direction so he could see what was going on behind him. With that being said, I would say these glasses are for ages 5+, exactly as stated in the product description. The only downfall of these glasses are they are not too cute. The design has not changed in 20+ years, and these glasses are not fooling any old spy pro, such as myself. Then again, it really does not matter who you are 'fooling' when you are a child playing 'spy'.

Bad Quality
It arrived 8 days after ordering which is a lot sooner then I expected. It will definitely come in handy and is supposedly UV 400. Seems sturdy enough. The really cool thing is that from the front you cannot tell that there are mirrors. I can even put my finger in front of the mirror (which is behind the glasses) and from the front of the glasses see my finger where the mirror is supposed to be!+++++Update+++++It actually looks really bad from the front. And the quality is bad as well. I can't use them because it is obvious that it is a toy or..... actually I don't know what people think when they see me wearing these. Remember when you see a movie in theaters in 3-D. And they give you glasses. Those glasses are constructed better and are more durable than these. Maybe it's just the pair I got. When I wrote the review before I am surprised that I didn't notice the way the lenses from the front are all discolored and have greenish patches. Unless I did something. anyway I don't think I did. If you don't have a lot of money then it isn't worth it If you can afford to gamble with $3 then go ahead.

Surreptitious Covert Observation Spy Sunglasses
These are way cooler than I expected.I didn't have high expectations, but wanted to see how they were made. The frames are about what one might expect - not to be mistaken for Ralph Lauren. The 'lenses' are completely flat having a dark blue mirror front surface, and the rear surface is mirrored at the outer edges only. The apparent tint ofthe lenses is neutral grey. They actually work reasonably well... Look to the sidein order to see behind you.The view to the rear is not directly behind you, because your head is rather in the way.If your head has the diameter of a beer can, you may not suffer this limitation.Everyone on this planet should have multiple Surreptitious Covert Observation Spy Sunglasses. On other planets, they should be quite popular. Don't panic, and bring a towel.

The glass is not blue and the mirror covers the 50%
Bought it cause they looked cool with that blueish glass, I had one like those when I was a teenager. This ones are the cheapest material you can imagine, the glass is of course plastic and not blue and the mirror covers the half of the view. A complete waste of money.

They actually work!
I was very surprised that these glasses actually work. There's a mirror on each side, and they let you see behind your head. It's also hard to tell that they're spy glasses, because from the front, you can't tell any difference. The outer 40% of each side of the glasses has a mirror on it. I'm bald, so this worked very easily for me. I'm sure if you have really bushy hair, then it will get in the way.It takes a while to be able to retrain your brain to be able to actually do anything useful with these glasses. But it's probably a nice exercise.Pros:+You can actually see behind you+They look like regular sunglasses+Everyone should buy some of theseCons:-Not the most professional-looking glasses, but they are economical

Fun Toy Glasses
I was surprised with these glasses when I got them. With reading some of the other reviews, I didn't expect them to be so clear. The picture of what you see behind you is really crisp. Your eyes may get sore and you can get a headache if you strain your eyes too much. The only thing I didn't love was that it is fairly easy for people behind you to see that there are mirrors, because they can see your eyes....

Rear view
Works great but must angle well to spot government agents after you, looks cheap but i paid cheap so.... Great for checking out women without Wife/Girlfriend knowing! when someone asks you to turn around just put these bad boys on. Final review: Looks some what kool but also something a kid would wear, works very well and is usefull for seeing the things that happen behind you and the way people actwhen your not looking. Good purchase for paranoid Scizophrenics or noisy people or just anyone who wants to see behind them without turning around.
