SUPALITE Bothy Bag 2 Person Orange

An excellent product that ticks all the boxes; quality materials and very high standard of workmanship (UK made), thoughtful design with a focus on just the essential features. I spend a lot of time running on Dartmoor and needed a lightweight bothy shelter. This seems bombproof and crucially for me, is small enough to fit into a running vest style pack. Product also backed up by equally good customer service; that's why this is the second Summit Gear shelter from JDS that I own.

Great lightweight shelter, tested in the Cairngorms in the middle of a storm and worked a treat, only downside is it can be a pain to get back into its stuff sack unless you fold it up a certain way (which your not going to do on a windy mountain in terrible weather)

Excellent small & light bothy bag. Just the essentials, take one.

Pros - ULW, windproof Cons - Not waterproof. Product is PU/DWR coated but will not stand up to high winds combined with fog/rain. Summary - Waste of time unless used as a windbreaker only. Won't bother packing it again as is no use in British climate. False economy, will need to buy another with a hydrostatic head performance rating
