Delicious! It reminds me of Nutella but with match flavor. Goes great over a warm croissant

This matcha spread is delicious! I love spreading it on bread and topping it with fresh strawberries. The flavor reminds me of condensed milk with matcha - sweet, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The matcha taste is pleasant and rich; there’s none of that bitter or “fishy” note that sometimes appears in lower-quality matcha. Highly recommend!

I ended up bringing this to a family dinner after gifting to a friend who told me it was good. We took the matcha spread and put on croissants and then filled with strawberries and whipping cream (similar to what people do with Nutella desserts). Good combination! The matcha flavor is smooth, flavorful, not too sweet. Pairs well with croissants and berries! Don’t forget to refrigerate. Since I don’t speak Korean, I couldn’t read the label and didn’t know it needed to be in the fridge. I took out for a couple hours before serving so it spread easily.

The first time I tried this I was gifted a jar, and I enjoyed it so much I purchased one for myself! I had tried a matcha green tea spread previously from a different brand but I prefer this green tea milk spread much more. Perhaps it is the milk addition that adds a creamy depth to the matcha that I like so much. The spread is slightly too sweet for my taste, but I can adjust to my liking by adding less spread to whatever I'm eating. It tastes great with fresh strawberry slices on toast but I really enjoyed eating it with cream cheese between two slices of wheat bread like a PB&J. I guess in this case it would be GTMS&CC, and it's a delicious mouthful to say.

I like the product itself, but the price on Amazon is extremely high compared to local stores. The same item sells for about $11 at Mega Mart, while Amazon lists it for nearly $19. Buyers should check prices elsewhere before purchasing.
