A premium spa experience at home!
After using the FURNIMAT Massage Chair for a few weeks, I’m genuinely impressed—it feels like having a personal massage therapist in my living room. Here’s why it stands out:Zero Gravity Mode: Tilts back to 165° to evenly distribute body weight; incredibly relaxing10 fixed rollers (8 on the back, 2 at hips) plus airbags around shoulders, arms, thighs, legs; delivers rich shiatsu-style or deep tissue massage optionsHeating functions at waist and feet boosts circulation and adds warmth during massage sessionsBuilt‑in Bluetooth speaker lets you play music while enjoying your sessionSmart touchscreen control panel, plus a handy mobile phone holder—super intuitive to operateAdjustable footrest extends for users from ~4′9″ to 5′7″, and chair safely ships in two boxes for easier navigation through doorwaysThe chair is large and heavy (125 lb)—requires adequate space and careful placement in your homeWhile very feature-rich, the massage rollers are fixed rather than motorized, so the massage pressure remains steady rather than dynamic. No adjustable intensity levels or body-scan customization; it’s simpler—but still surprisingly comfortable for the cost.

Excellent product and service
This massage chair has all basic massage functions, no fancy stuff, meets all my needs. It is light weight with wheel for easy moving around, easy to assemble and operate, plus very good Bluetooth speakers. The price is good. I have bought two.The technical support and service are superb, which exceeds my expectation. There is a defective zipper slider in one of my massage chairs. The service department sent me a zipper slider replacement with video instruction. They follow up to make sure until I completely satisfied.

Phenomenal Customer Service!
I got this massage chair because the price was much more reasonable than others on the market. It arrived in two boxes and was super easy to assemble—my husband and I had it set up in 30 minutes. One of the speakers wasn’t working, but Customer Service responded within 24 hours, offered me a replacement and a $10 credit (or $40 if I didn’t want the speaker), and followed up after it arrived. The new speaker works perfectly, and the support was amazing! The chair isn’t a luxury model—it focuses on one area and doesn’t move up and down like high-end ones—but it’s still great. The heat function is nice, and unlike other chairs, the foot massage is gentle and comfortable. I’m 120 lbs, my husband is 220, and we both fit great. If you’re looking for a solid, affordable chair with outstanding customer service, I definitely recommend this one!

Work well, good value but, assembly takes some time as the instructions are very poor.
Cant give it 5 stars because the boxes arrived so badly damaged I was worried the chair will not work. The second problem is the instructions are pretty much useless, assembly is not hard but with lack of good instructions its more challenging. Over all good value.

The only reason I look forward to coming home after work
The media could not be loaded. I work long shifts in a hospital and by the time I get home, I’m usually sore from head to toe, especially in my lower back and feet. I’d been toying with the idea of getting a massage chair for a while, but I always assumed they were either too expensive or didn’t actually do much beyond a light vibration. This one completely proved me wrong. From the moment it arrived (in two big boxes), I knew this wasn’t just a gimmick chair. It looks sleek in person, and it didn’t take long to get it set up. I hopped in after my first 13-hour shift, not really expecting much, and ended up staying in it for over an hour without realizing how fast the time went. The zero gravity position alone made a huge difference in how my back felt. I didn’t know how much tension I was carrying until it started to melt away. The rollers hit all the right spots. There are ones in the back that feel like they’re doing actual shiatsu work, not just rolling up and down. The hip rollers were a surprise too—I never thought of that as a spot that needed attention, but now I can’t go a day without it. And the foot massage? Honestly, it’s the closest thing I’ve had to a professional foot reflexology session. It’s strong in a good way, not just gentle pressing. I can feel it relieving all that pressure I didn’t even realize had built up until it was gone. There are airbags that compress and release around the arms, shoulders, and legs, which makes the whole experience feel more balanced and full-body instead of just focused on one area. I usually switch between a couple of the automatic modes, depending on whether I want more focus on my lower back or a full-body session. The touchscreen makes it ridiculously easy—no flipping through a clunky remote or hunting for buttons. Just a couple taps and you’re good to go.I also didn’t think I’d care about extras like the Bluetooth speaker or the phone holder, but now I use them every single time. I put on some calming music or even an audiobook and completely zone out. I’ve stopped using the couch altogether. Some nights I genuinely debate just sleeping in the chair.I’ve already recommended it to my coworkers who are also on their feet all day. It’s one of those things that feels like a ridiculous luxury at first, but now I honestly consider it necessary. It’s helped my sleep, eased my tension headaches, and made me less cranky in general because I’m not constantly carrying pain into the next day. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

Great Bang for Your Buck
Assembly wasn’t too bad, took my wife and I about 1-1.5 hours. Highly recommend two people for assembly but you can manage with 1 person.Works great and functionality is amazing for the price point. I do wish it was a little taller though as I am 6 ft. Comfortably does up to my rear delts and shoulder blades but doesn’t actually hit my traps, my neck or head at all.Foot, back, and butt work absolutely amazing though and anyone under 5’9” tall it would be even better with the neck and shoulders.Quiet, seems relatively sturdy for how cheap it was. The wheels that come to move it also kinda suck so moving it around the room wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. Still managed by myself though
