I’ve suffered with prickly heat since I was a child and after reading the reviews I thought this would be a game changer. Sadly for me it’s not. The spray only lasted 4 days and it hasn’t stopped the itching. It does cool your skin down for a few minutes whilst it’s drying and that’s about it. It has decreased the redness and the dryness slightly but not the overpowering urge to scratch my skin off. Cold water is just as effective as this spray, I won’t be buying another one

Excellent product. First sign of prickly heat a quick spray and the itch was gone. The following day the rash was subsiding

It’s seems to be working however I’ve not had the heat rash (touch wood ) used it a few times just in case ! Nice smell, absorbed well into my skin !

This really works to stop prickly heatI’ve really struggled on holiday each year with this and have tried anti histamines and other things to try and prevent this , nothing worked. It stopped me developing PH, I would suggest taking two cans for a two week holiday however as when I ran out after a week , two days later I developed PH, granted not as severe as usual but still annoying
