Xmas present for grandson
After much research I bought this ‘monster truck’ as a gift for my 3 year old grandson because it was highly rated.He absolutely loves it & it was the highlight of his Christmas. Not only does it run well but he loves the lights, the music & esp the rocket effect. (Note all or any can be switched off from controller).The battery life also seems fine.Obviously it is a compromise of cost versus facilities & othe reviews have mentioned it’s not huge size, super fast & the controls are either stop or go but as a toy for use inside or outdoors it’s just what he wanted. His dad loves it too!

So Slow really only for paved areas
Arrived next day and as it would have been a birthday present I tested it first, it was a bit fiddly putting the battery in the car as it goes in on an angle where it connects to the wire ? First test the steering didn’t work? Took all the batteries out and then back in again it worked so not sure if something is loose? It’s a shame it’s not a bad toy, the sound, lights and smoke is good but it’s very slow and would struggle in the garden/park over grass and my grandson would be disappointed so I’m returning it.

Perfect gift for any child
My 8 year old boy absolutely loves this. The features are great. It has 3 songs which can get a little annoying. The battery doesn't last massively long but it does come with a spare to change. Over all it's a cool little toy. Would recommend.

Unwrapped item
The item arrived unwrapped and an address label stuck straight onto the product!!! This is a gift for my grandchildand I have been unable to remove all of it. This was very disappointing.

Would keep for myself
Didn’t realise this played music.I opened it in the office before I gave it to my nephew. It was a hit! Everyone loved it, it’s super fast and the smoke is great.Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries so there’s always a spare.Nephew was delighted with this in the park as he got a lot of looks!
