Very tasty and gluten free
As a coeliac, I have to be very careful that the naturally gluten free flours I use are not contaminated during the packaging process. This brand is one I trust. The millet flour is a lovely yellow colour which gives a very attractive colour to baked goods. I use it with a mix of sorghum flour from the same company and a gluten-free flour from the supermarket to make my bread rolls. The millet tastes good and is naturally high fibre which makes up for the very low fibre content of the supermarket mix.Update July 24. Have bought again as so pleased with the performance of this flour in my home baking.

Actually Gluten Free
Actually gluten free unlike some other products that are packaged or processed in the same place as gluten. Great for mixing with other flours for baking.

Good product
I used this in conjunction with other flours from yourhealthstore, to make my own gluten free flour blend. It works wonderfully for breads and cakes. Currently, I’m on my third bag of this and yourhealthstore‘s other flours - this is to showcase, how happy I am with their products.I also appreciate being able to get these flours easily (they aren’t available in my location. So , thank you yourhealthstore.

Very bitter taste
I’m not sure what this is, but it tasted nothing like what we used to back home, it’s very bitter, very fine, not sure if it can be used for anything else, but in North Africa this is used to make a hot winter drink with milk and honey, I’m afraid I will have to put this in the bin.
