Photo ID for my Emotional Support Dog is an excellent durable, high-quality item.item. It will allow me to bring my 9 lb dog into the grocery store and other places that a dog would ordinarily not be welcomed. He will be wearing a very visible red harness/west which I hope will mean that no one (other customers or store manager) will ask me about my dog, but if I am questioned, I will have this official ID and registration to verify my right to have my dog with me. I live in Florida where it is nearly always too hot to leave a dog in a car safely, so being able to keep him with me is a great help. Many restaurants here also have outdoor seating where dogs are welcomed, but last week we were surprised by a notice at our favorite waterfront restaurant. (See photo.) We did speak to the hostess and the manager came over to us. He was courteous but quite firm that we could not bring our dog in - even sitting outside on the boardwalk - unless we could show documentation that our dog is a trained SERVICE DOG. Emotional Support ogs was not welcome. Very disappointing, but we were able ti quickly find another nearby restaraunt that welcomed us with our dog. Your ID tag is not a "magic bullet" but it will certainly help us in many circumstances and avoid embarrassment.

I got this id tag to be able to show anyone that feels the need to question my dog and her purpose. I'm fully aware that there is no such thing as a service or esa registry in the United States. I got this id tag for the sole purpose to easily be able to educate people that have questions or concerns about the laws. that way I do not have to defend myself against people nor have to remember the specific law word for word that protects me and my dog. For what I got it for it's great! I just hope people do their research first before doing this because it IN NO WAY is necessary from a legal standpoint to register your pet. Like i said above, there is no such service in the United States.. The one legal thing to protect your service or esa pet is a letter from a medical professional that protects them in public spaces and wherever you have residence.

A “must have” for every Emotional Support Animal for the public to see and acknowledge when bringing your dog shopping, or any other activity that allows ESA’s. This along with your doctors letter acknowledging your ESA dependency is a great mix. It’s easy to order and you get it in the mail within a week or so.
