It's the Magic Elixir!!!
It's liquid gold and lives up to the hype about polyphenols 100% !!! I'm Sardinian/American and found this brilliant oil researching the reasons why, on Sardinia, the residents have such long, healthy lives. I've used store bought olive oil all my adult life but I can honestly say, I have never tasted what it is meant to be until my first bottle of this oil. I'm 64 so that's saying something! Last February, I began taking a tablespoon of the oil everyday in addition to using it for cooking and baking everything. By May, I began to notice how much better I felt- my stiff, achy neck and knees were flexible and pain free!! I can squat, bend, reach for things and turn my head better than ever and I can't believe it! If that wasn't enough, my skin is absolutely glowing. I've never been a fan of The Sun but my skin was thinner, crepey and looked its age. I really am amazed by the transformation since taking the oil, it's smooth and soft without needing any moisturizer. It also has the shine of healthy skin. Atlas olive oil is the best tasting and most effective skincare product I've ever used and I am a customer for life!!!!

From Skeptical to Subscribe & Save Convert
I wait WEEKS before reviewing anything because I've learned my lesson about jumping to conclusions. Well, this is bottle #2 and I'm officially on Subscribe & Save, so that should tell you everything.Nothing will EVER beat that magical bottle I bought from that wizened vendor in a Marrakech who probably pressed it with his grandmother's ancient stone mill while whispering Berber incantations. But in the real world where I can't fly to Morocco every time I run out of olive oil... this is pretty damn good. This oil has that beautiful peppery bite that makes you go "Ah!" - you know, that throat tingle that screams "I'M REAL OLIVE OIL, NOT SOME SUPERMARKET IMPOSTER!" It's grassy, fruity, and complex enough to make my family's palates very happy. Perfect for drizzling on fresh tomatoes, finishing a tagine, or just being fancy with some French bread and fresh garlic.Multi-Use Magic: I use this for everything - cooking, salad dressings, even as a hair mask when I'm feeling very Mediterranean. Here's my only beef - the amount of plastic packaging! I get it, glass bottles need protection, but Amazon went full bubble-wrap apocalypse on this poor bottle. Very un-eco for such a beautiful, organic product. My take: Excellent quality-to-price ratio. While my heart belongs to that vendor in Morocco, this keeps my kitchen (and conscience) happy without breaking the bank.

The best olive oil I’ve ever tasted it and super high polyphenol con
I did a lot of research on olive oil in regards to its high polyphenol content how it was manufactured where it was manufactured. This one is from Morocco and is definitely the highest quality olive oil I’ve ever used. The flavor is magnificent with that light pepper after bite. I take a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon at night. My skin is glowing I feel a lot more healthy. I bought several bottles of it so far and will continue to do so for ever…

Slightly disappointed
After reading the reviews, I was excited to try this. I've been searching for a replacement for the Tunisian organic unfiltered chetoui olive oil discontinued by Trader Joe's about 2 years ago. This, sadly, will not fill that void. It does taste very grassy, a little buttery, but there was hardly a tingle of peppery bite at all. From the reviews I have to conclude that this oil is, at best, inconsistent. My first taste even had a faint hint of rancidity, to the point that I searched the bottle for a date. It was just made in April, so hard to believe it would be bad already. I didn't detect it in the second taste, so maybe there was a drop or two caught in the spout that aged quickly? The grassiness is very prominent, and it's too much for my husband, but it just leaves me nostalgic for my discontinued super buttery peppery favorite.

Single country olive oil
I love this olive oil. I use a lot of olive oil in cooking. I cook allot and love to cook. If I could make one suggestion, the plastic limiter in the top of the olive oil bottle needs to allow more olive oil to come out with the plastic limiter just a tiny bit comes out when you need more. It takes a while.I like to find olive oil that comes from a single country. Vs mass produced olive oil that comes from a list of many countries.
