You can mix your own electrolytes, but these are a godsend when fasting
Saltt electrolytes have been a godsend to my fasting regimen. I was mixing my own no salt (potassium), pink Himalayan salt and magnesium regularly, but I wanted something with some flavor. Beware if you take these on the go, you’ll need a pair of scissors. They don’t tear open and the contents get stuck in the tiny opening. When you go over 24 hours water fasting, electrolytes are a must. I try to get in three packets a day when water fasting. Saltt has saved my sanity a little and helped me stay on my fasts. Sometimes I add these to home carbonated water so I feel fancy, but it’s not necessary. I only wish they made beef stock and chicken stock flavors, similar to bullion cubes, so I can have these at dinner time. I’ve ordered the cocoa flavors and I’m looking forward to them arriving. I mix one packet into my 25 ounce insulated straw cups. These are listed in order from what I liked best, to what I didn’t enjoy. 1- Endless Summer - not sure what this flavor is, but I like it. It’s a little like a lighter fruit punch. My favorite out of all of them. 2- Lemon Lime- love this flavor, second favorite to Endless Summer. I could make my own using real lemon and/ or lime juice, but it’s a great idea to add real lemon or lime to it anyway. You need the vitamin C from real lemon and lime for cell repair. 3- Zesty Orange - Definitely some Tang flavor in there. I’ll order this again. 4- Booyah Berry - I’ll buy this flavor again. It’s good. Light, berry saltiness. 5- Groovy Grapefruit - surprisingly pretty good. The citrus undertones work well with the salt. That said, not my favorite. Considering how expensive these are, I won’t order this flavor again. 6 - Cherry Chill - Takes me back to cherry cough syrup. I love the flavor of cherry. This, I don’t love. Found it disgusting. 7 - Mondo Melon - I don’t really care for it. In my opinion, disgusting. My least favorite flavor, and considering I hadn’t eaten in three days when I most flavors are a thrill, not good.

Better taste and cheaper!
I was a LMNT user...but when I found SALTT, I gave it a try. I'm hooked on SALTT'S cocoa variety. It is now my go to for electrolytes. It is also like $7 cheaper than the LMNT packets.

Great company!!
My original review required amending, because the seller went above and beyond to, not only ensure I received a replacement but to explain why the product quality may have been less than. They responded within hours of my message to them, and shipped me a replacement right away. I will be sticking with SALTT for my electrolyte needs. This is the second bag of SALTT I've purchased. The first bag was great. The powder in the packets in this bag had hardened, and the flavors don't taste anything like the previous bag or the flavor they're meant to. They taste like chemicals. I attempted to return for a replacement, but the order was not eligible for replacement because it had been opened. So, I just threw $30 in the garbage. I switched from another brand to try to save some money, but the lack of consistent quality and inability to return actually cost me money instead.

Supplement that curves my sugar cravings without the sugar
This pack is nice because it has all the flavors I like. I think these flavors are the best ones that I have tried from the variety pack. They has a little salty flavor but if you mix it with the recommended amount of water or even more than it is good. It mixes into the water as long as you stir it at least 5 to 10 strokes. The packets are a nice size that you can take to travel or put into your purse. The packets open up easily without having any difficulty. I love that there is no sugar in the ingredients and it still tastes sweet. It really helps me curve my sugar cravings and it gives me the nutrients I need to stay hydrated for the day. The texture is nice because it feels like I’m just drinking water. I don’t like how some are a little more salty than others but I still like them. Mondo melon is my favorite flavor.

No more variety packs from here
My wife and I picked up this SALTT Electrolyte Powder Variety Pack to use during our workouts, hoping it would help us stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes after intense sessions. We liked that it’s zero-sugar, gluten-free, and packed with essentials like magnesium, potassium, and sodium—perfect for supporting hydration without the junk you find in some sports drinks. The 30-packet variety pack seemed like a great way to try different flavors and keep things interesting. Some of the flavors were a hit for us, especially the lighter, fruitier ones like the citrus and berry. They mix well in about 16 oz of water, dissolve smoothly with no chalky residue, and give a refreshing boost during and after our workouts. Those flavors helped us power through sweaty sessions without feeling overly sweet or heavy, which we appreciated since we’re trying to keep things clean. That said, we were really disappointed with three of the flavors, particularly the caramel and chocolate ones. The caramel tasted artificial and way too sweet, while the chocolate had a strange, almost bitter aftertaste that made it undrinkable—we both couldn’t finish those. The third flavor we didn’t like was just bland and uninspiring, like it couldn’t decide what it wanted to be. We ended up tossing those packets, which felt like a waste. Overall, the concept is solid, and the good flavors do their job for hydration during workouts, but the inconsistent taste across the variety pack is a letdown. We might give SALTT another shot, but we’d probably go for a single-flavor pack of one of the better ones next time. If you’re looking for an electrolyte mix, this might work, but be prepared to dislike a few flavors in the mix.

Tasty hot beverage!
So great drinking this warm in the winter. I've had LMNT warm & cold electrolytes, and enjoyed those as well. This is a little more affordable, a little better balanced, and I liked that there were two flavors in the pack. Will definitely buy again! I know some people didn't like SALT as much after trying LMNT, but I enjoy this just as much.

Better than the other big names!
The best electrolytes out there! If the other big brands are too salty or sweet for you, then you have to try these! It’s the perfect combination and the variety of flavors is incredible! Mixes easy, no gritty or weird texture and leaves me feeling great!

I use this every day
I came across this when trying to find an affordable substitute to a more expensive competitor. SALTT has more magnesium and potassium than the other but keep in mind that they are different types of magnesium. SALTT has magnesium chloride vs magnesium malate in the other. Look it up and see if one is more appropriate for you than the other. I would highly recommend you purchase the fruit variety pack a few times and maybe the Ultra variety once. The Ultra pack, if I remember right, had cocoa and caramel or something like that in it and I didn't like those very much. I have preferred Fruit Variety pack since there is, well, a variety. Buying a pack with one flavor gets boring. The individual packs aren't very easy to open so I always use scissors. A few times I have gotten some that seemed to be a bad mix and had too much sodium in them but that is rare. When you put it in your water, it dissolves easily and quickly. I usually mix mine ahead of time and throw it in the refrigerator until I am ready. I highly recommend using 24oz of water because it is pretty salty in 16oz. 24oz works out just right for me. If you are looking for an electrolyte drink, I highly recommend giving these a try. Bonus, they say Made in the USA. That is always a plus in a purchase.
