Office/Lab Electric Work Positioner Lift Truck- 550 lbs Capacity 71" Lift Height

The first unit we received was not packed well and arrived with a broken wheel. Pake quickly shipped a replacement. The unit operates well and is stable. This first unit soon failed electronically, apparently from static discharge derived from metal foil packing on product, but we can't be certain. Pake responded well multiple times and reported some issues w/their height sensors so they sent me a new motherboard and sensors. Ken was very supportive when I had problems with the first lift truck. The second unit arrived better packed and with model improvements like a removable up/down controller. Since there is no key-switch, the removable controller can serve to lock-out the unit from unauthorized use. I would like a little longer cord on the controller though and a key-switch. I would definitely buy from Pake again.

Easy to operate and load off ones back. The wheels could be better or have better support for load that intended to support.
