So much better that the earpieces they came with!

Opened thin plastic bag with all 5 pairs totally loose and tangled together, one set broken. Upon further inspection, every single headphone also had earwax and other stuff in it. Purchased NEW.

I tried this earpiece, and while it generally works well, I have encountered some issuses. The wire connecting to the mircophone tends to pull out very easily, which can cause the mircophone to stop picking up sound. This can be quite frustrating during calls. Overall, its decent for everyday use, but improvements could be made to the durability of the comnection.

We bought these to replace the original ones that come with the walkies (which break if you look at them), and were so happy with the purchase. It takes some determination to get them to fit just right, but when you do, they stay in place easily. It does have a mic, but you cannot see it. The mic also has far better quality than the original ear piece.

These ear pieces are very easy to wear and far more comfortable to wear long term, compared to those that came with the radios. However, they “plug” the ear canal and make it hard to pickup sound direction.
