Easy to take and remember to take. I started using Shaklee cleaning products when my Aunt and Uncle sold it in the 1980s. So glad it is still here and still has the quality it has always had.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Someone told me about the vitamins. And I tried the vitamins and they work immediately. I have been feeling a lot better from using the vitamins I can tell the difference when I'm not using them.

I like this product and it was everything it was advertised to be but Shaklee won't let me buy their gold multi vitamin on Amazon so this will have to do. the Gold is much more expensive but I actually still like it more.

Shaklee vitamins are awesome. While it is true it does not give the amount in the box, you can easily google it. Not only that, but when I'm shopping I always do my research on which is which and what is what and compare prices. While amazon does need to make sure these details are adressed for the sale, you can easily find the info yourself. There are so many products on amazon it diesnt surprise me they can't keep up :)
