Water is better with a carbon filter. This part of a whole house system. Works well. Easy to install. Good value. I replace about every 6 months. It probably lasts longer than 6 months.

Filter fits as it should and does a great job on well water with sediment.Chlorine taste is not improved, however. That was the whole point of this purchase, which is expensive for a single filter.

I like these and will get them again. I was using 25 micron filters but you can actually taste the difference with these.

Great charcoal filter
