Every Friday, for many, many years, my feet and ankles swell like elephant feet. I read an article about a woman that used this supplement to stop feet/ankle swelling. I decided to give it a try. I got them yesterday and took 2 with dinner. Today is Friday. NO SWELLING. I swear that this has to be a miracle product. If swollen ankles and feet are your problem, give these a try. Back in the 80's dad had boxes of supplements next to his chair. The name Life Extension rang a bell. These are one and the same. Will continue to purchase from this company..
