Extremely high quality red light lamp. Helps start to relieve my neck pain after one use, my husband used it then had one of the best sleeps hes ever had. He usually wakes up with nausea- not anymore. It took less than 5 minutes to put together and gave me energy the next day to care for my babies without taking a nap. The heat doesn't burn but you can feel it working with a comforting tingle like a comforting hug. Best to use it laying down on a blanket wearing the sunglasses, the range of light is very wide as well gets my whole body without missing a limb. Would purchase for all my family members in the future for sure. This is a very good wellness investment forsure omg

This red light easy to assemble and work pretty decent. Then stand is solid and adjustable making very easy to use both sitting and standing. I see myself using this for my back and skin.my back pain got better and my skin feels more smooth compared to to before. Very glad that I got this red light lamp

This is a great red light panel with a huge surface, and a nice stand so you can direct and angle the light exactly where you want. If you have any familiarity with red light therapy, you'll know how beneficial it can be for skin health, lymphatic drainage, scar healing, etc. It also helps with stress and regulating brain waves, so it's perfect to use before sleep. I initially started out using the red light booth at my gym, but since I'm hopefully going to be getting breast reduction surgery very soon, I'm planning on using this panel to help myself heal while at home. This way I can use it whenever I want. I love that this has BOTH red light AND infrared light therapy. That makes it better than the booth at my gym!I will say that the first panel I got worked fine but had some minor manufacturing/cosmetic issues. I messaged the seller and they responded within minutes with the tracking info for a replacement. I've never had customer service that good in my life before. The new unit was PERFECT in every way.I would definitely buy from this seller again, and I look forward to using this panel in my healing and health journeys to come.
