Limited subscription term, no fleet support, no product support. Otherwise good.
Product works well as a single device, but there are the following problems:-1. The limited time tracking web site ‘free’ subscription will expire in a few months, then these will be useless.2. Multiple devices purchased for ‘fleet’, but each device requires its own logon so only one can be seen on map, must logoff and log on again with a diffrrent account to see a different vehicle3. No idea who to contact for support, subscription renewal etc. Cannot contact the seller as I have no idea who they are.4. The support pages, product web site and many of the product features inside the app are only in chinese. I do not read chinese so I think I have reduced functionality because of this.5. The device is registered to account ‘Amazon’. How do I register my devices to me?
