Sunlite Hi-Rise Chomr Handlebars

They are the perfect hight on my old kent fusion 500 5 speed. They are also a very comfortable and they feel light. They are also super strong and have amazing grip without rubber. I love the riding position when it's straight up and they function like they should so no complaints.

They are awesome. Good quality metal. Good chrome. Not a blemish on them. On time delivery. As you see in the photo they make they chopper look great. They are the perfect height now il be able to ride comfortably and not have the pain in the back from bending over on the original straight bars that came with the bike the only negative issue i have is they are double stem but the but the groves for grip are id say a little narrow. Could use a wider mounting surface.. But thats an easy fix for the qaulity and looks..

It took a while for me to get these handlebars.Just wondering why it needed to go through seven different UPS terminals to get from NY to NC. The quality of the bar is good, the chrome is very nice. The problem I, and a few others have had is that they fit loose. Most bars you buy are slightly larger where they tie to the neck hub. These stay the same thickness from start to finish so there's no way to fully tighten them down without a spacer. You can order one from here,[...]The spacer will cost you $4 plus shipping, but if you have the means to SAFELY cut metal I would suggest buying a 1 inch copper coupling for about a buck or two. Any hardware store carries these. Sit it end to end in a vise and slice it down the middle on one side. Spread it open and slide over the bars and have it in the neck stem when you tighten the bars. In some situations it might be better to cut the coupling in two halves to ease wedging them into the stem.Some couplings are shorter than others, but it may stick out slightly on the outside edge of the neck stem. If you can't trim it neatly and it bothers you,I would suggest buying a BMX headset that has four bolts to hold this baby on. If anyone else has a better solution by all means post it! I like the look and feel of the bars and like I said before the chrome was beautiful.If you're handy, which you must be if you're messin with a bike, this is an easy fix. If this is your first build (and or) new to tinkering with stuff, Take it to a shop so you don't damage the bars or your bike.

This is just the right size for my husband’s bike! Easy for riding his bike at over 60 years old

Needed to raise handlebar height on Granddaughter’s 20” trike. Tried a couple of other possible solutions but finally came to the conclusion that new taller bars was the best answer. Factory cables had enough slack to accommodate these bars so it was a quick and easy swap. Worked out great. Quality is very good. No issues.

I bought a kids 20" Schwinn bicycle at the local thrift store and decide to do some mods to it to give a new look and feel. These high rise handlebars are one of the mods and went smoothly on the bicycle. They look and feel great (kind of like a Schwinn Sting Ray from years ago).

I am just under 5' tall and I had to lean forward even though I had replaced the handlebars to cruiser handlebars. Ape hangers are the ticket. Now I can lean on them or just hang on to the grips without pain on a long ride. Easy to install and all of my accessories were easy to swap to the new handlebars.
