Terrible customer service
This product has never worked effectively. After a short while the right hand track comes adrift and it either goes around in circles or stops. If you go to the Zodiac website and fill in the customer service online form, no-one responds. I have tried twice and am now resorting to calling Astral UK who apparently have taken over the European supply for Zodiac. Very poor. I would avoid purchase.

Best pool cleaner of its type in my opinion.
This is a fantastic cleaner that moves quickly and climbs the walls well. Takes me 2 minutes to open the cover and drop it in then I can forget about it and come back a couple of hours later to a clean pool. The connector hoses get a bit scratched up at the end but I've got 3 spares for when individual ones eventually fail and I can buy a replacement set when the time comes. I don't bother with the flow meter adjustment section as my pressure is fine without it. I haven't got the optional leaf collector. If there's a lot of leaves, I use a certikin kornea and collect the leaves in the skimmer basket (saves having to open the pump basket). Highly recommended.
