Another great product from the Animal folks. Great alterntive to the powdered creatine that never seems to mix well. These are crunchy tablets with great flavor. Creatine and other ingredients are spot on. 5g of creatine is my target dosage and helps with the workouts. Was buying these locally but both box stores marked up the retial price, so Amazon to the rescue.

The Animal Creatine chews are amazing. I got the lemon ones. I've done creatine in the past but have only really consumed it in drinks. I'd get the flavorless one and initially it'd make me bloated and then I would eventually forget to take it or put it off because of the time it takes to do the mixer cup + clean + protein shake + etc. so these have been perfect. You chew 4 tablets. I like the lemon ones because they're tart flavor and feel like that makes the most sense for a chew. Easy to pack, I brought on a trip. And now they're in my kitchen I just take in the morning like a multivitamin. Would definitely recommend these to the dedicated gym goer or somebody who wants to test out how they react to creatine because you can half dose or whatever easily with a couple chews.

I have been taking the fruit punch animal creatine chews for about 4-5 months now. I do think it has helped build muscle and endurance. My recovery and soreness is much better. I do notice a positive difference in my energy levels! Super easy to chew and convenient. The only reason I took away a star is because not one package I have ordered out of 5 containers.. not one has had the right amount in them. I am always short one or two, usually two less than I should have. There shouldn’t be two leftover when I get towards the end. It requires four chews each time you take them. And for the price point being on the higher end of chews/gummies, it should have the correct amount in there. I usually stick with a product if I have had positive change but I am considering trying another gummy/chew for a lesser price with the correct amount of tablets. They do seem to have powder residue at the bottom of the container, suggesting there was atleast one that just fell apart.

Lemon ice is so good, I just have to remind myself to hydrate when taking these. I like taking these tablets with me while traveling and not having to worry about measuring out powders. Fruit punch does not taste good to me. It starts out like a soap and ends as chalk. I will update if I try additional flavors

These aren’t chalky at all. Obvs it’s not a gummy, so there is a little bit of “grit” to chew. But it resolves quickly and is almost like a moist, chalky texture. As weird as it sounds, it’s actually delicious. The best taste you can get for a creatine chew. Oh and did I mention it tastes delicious? 10/10 would buy again.

They are not chewable, they are very hard and crumbly. I got the grape flavor and by week 2 I could not eat it anymore bc the flavor is terrible. Will not be purchasing again.

Candy crush flavor, great chalky taste that i love, tastes like sour tarts candy. I prefer chews for fast adsorption. No bloating, no drippy butt, no upset stomach.

Convenient for everyday use and it tastes like good. Kinda feels like im eating Smarties candy lol
